Renovation of the historical Le Moderne Apartments:
- Preserves 18 rental units
- Rents to be maintained at 50% AMI level for 50 years.
- Provides for residents with $24,150-$31,050 annual family income
- Preserves the historic art deco design

March 23, 2006 the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce released Housing
Policy Recommendations for the City of San Diego.It recommends more affordable housing along transportation corridors outside of downtown.
